Sophie Bourdon
Sophie Bourdon started her career in advertising at the American agency DMB&B, Paris. She quickly joined the film industry working as a sales agent, among others at MK2 where she collaborated with established filmmakers such as Claude Chabrol, Michael Haneke, Krzysztof Kieślowski and Abbas Kiarostami.
Since then, Bourdon has been a film facilitator in the international film industry, building bridges and matching professionals across borders and continents, mostly involved in co-productions, festivals and training as Head of Industry & Training at the non-fiction festival Visions du Réel (CH), Head of Open Doors at Locarno Film Festival (CH) and Chief Executive of the European organization ACE Producers.
Claire Lajoumard
Claire Lajoumard has been working in the film industry since 1989. Since 1990, she has been working as production manager, post-production manager, line producer and delegate producer. She is a mentor on International co-production at PAS-Produire au Sud, Ties That Bind, SEAFIC, Busan Film Academy and EAVE graduated - Media Program 2000.
She set up Acrobates Films in 2002, a Paris-based film production company mainly dedicated to international co-productions of Arthouse films. Last titles are “The Winter Within” by Aamir Bashir won the Audience Award from Busan New Currents 2022 and the Audience award in the Three Continents Film Festival.
